Robb is the founder, President and CEO of TradePMR. The firm provides technology, support and services to Registered Investment Advisors through its own innovative management platform.
TradePMR was born out of Robb’s personal experience with a difficult transition in his own RIA firm during the merger of two major custodians. Since 1998 TradePMR has focused on combining exceptional service with a truly innovative technology platform. The objective is to improve workflow, increase margins and bring new levels of efficiency to the firm’s advisor clients, allowing them to focus more on their customers and less on back office infrastructure.
Robb has over thirty years of experience across the brokerage and RIA industries. Over the course of his career, he has helped individuals and institutions in virtually every aspect of the investment advisory business.
Today, TradePMR continues to fulfill Robb’s original goal of helping advisors find their true independence by seeking to provide the absolute highest and best technology and service in the industry.
Robb is a Florida native, he and his wife Monika, have four children. He holds Series 4, 6, 7, 24, 26, 53, 55 and 63 licenses.
Vice President | Managing Director TradePMR, Inc
Rob leads TradePMR’s business development efforts and oversees the firm’s branding and marketing strategies. As Managing Director he works with direct reports to guide Operations and Advisor Services Groups supporting client advisory firms to help increase productivity, performance and growth.
One of Rob’s key focuses is establishing strategic business relationships through the development of mutually beneficial partnerships. These partnerships are designed to enhance the ability of client firms to grow their unique advisory practices and help manage client relationships.
As a member of TradePMR’s board of directors, he also helps guide the company’s overall business strategy.
Rob was born and raised in Naples, FL and attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. He and his wife Deborah have three children. As a career entrepreneur he has owned and operated several businesses across various disciplines including Real Estate Development, retail, technology, publishing and consulting. He has been with TradePMR since 2009 and holds Series 7 and Series 24 securities licenses.
William A. Coppel
Managing Director, Chief Client Growth Officer First Clearing As a member of the First Clearing Leadership Team, Bill leads First Clearing’s organic growth and productivity initiative, as well as its platform-adoption initiatives. He also oversees First Clearing’s thought leadership efforts, brand positioning and market strategy, leading a team of seasoned communications and marketing professionals. After starting his career as a financial advisor, Bill rose to seniormanagement positions in retail sales, marketing and product development, as well as on the clearing side of the business. Throughout, he has been active in the industry, serving on the Financial Services Institute Broker-Dealer Conference Task Force, the SIFMA Membership Committee and the SIFMA Sales & Marketing Committee. Formerly a nationally ranked age-group triathlete for over 10 years, Bill also has an extensive background in wellness, with experience in fitness, nutrition, human performance and mind-body connections. Recently, he has been exploring how wellness intersects with financial services: If the ultimate goal is to achieve well-being in all areas of life, then financial advisors are uniquely positioned to help clients do just that, he asserts. In fact, for advisors to remain relevant in the 21st century, they will need to deliver value beyond that of an algorithm — value not limited to investment management. Bill is now developing First Clearing’s vision for the future of advice, in which the role of the financial intermediary — the advisor — includes the delivery of services aimed at “Cultivating Client Well-Being.” Bill serves on the board for the Missouri History Museum, and volunteers for The Mission Continues and KidSmart. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fairfield University, holds an MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and is a graduate of the SIFMA Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Retired FBI Agent Keynote Speaker
Jeff is a professional speaker who has provided over one thousand presentations on the topics of cybercrime, leadership, crisis communication, ethics, identity theft, body language and more. His clients include 20th Century Fox Entertainment, UBS, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Nationwide, Citigroup, The Young Presidents Organization, American Century, Hallmark, H & R Block, Hess Oil, Standard and Poor’s, Financial Executives International, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo and others. He developed and presented a program on identity theft prevention which was used to educate a nationwide audience of Citigroup employees. Jeff was the 2017 International Keynote Speaker for a cyber security road show in Australia, during which he spoke to businesses about cyber crime prevention.
Jeff was head of operations security for the Kansas City FBI and a graduate of the world-renowned John E. Reid School of Interviewing and Interrogation. He is a certified FBI instructor and has trained numerous government agencies and corporate clients on how to interpret and project body language for more effective interpersonal communication.
In addition to his latest book on the topic of cyber security, Jeff authored speeches for FBI executives and has been published in The Kansas City Star (3/25/2015), Ingram’s Magazine (July 2006) and on the FBI National Web site (Aug 2006). Jeff consulted for academy award winning director Ang Lee during the production of “Ride with the Devil”, and he has provided regular consulting services for television and movie production in Hollywood at Steele Films and Granfalloon Productions. Jeff was a major contributor and appeared on camera in a recent episode of The History Channel’s, “America’s Book of Secrets”. He was featured in the companion documentary to the major theatrical release “Runner - Runner”, which stars Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake. Jeff has been featuredin television commercials on the topic of fraud prevention.
Jeff was recruited by the FBI from Xerox Corporation, where he was a Computer Systems Analyst. He has an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven (Connecticut) and a Masters Degreein Business Administration from the University of Texas.
Bob Veres is editor and publisher of the Inside Information interactive guide to trends and innovations in the profession,and contributing editor and columnist for Financial Planning magazine. As a journalist, he has won several national awards, including the Jesse H. Neal Award from the American Business Media group, and the Azbee Award of Excellence from the American Society of Business Press Editors.
Over his 30-year career in the financial services world, Mr. Veres has worked as editor of Financial Planning magazine; as a contributing editor to the Journal of Financial Planning; as a columnist and editor-at-large of Investment Advisor magazine; and as editor of Morningstar’s advisor web site: MorningstarAdvisor.com. In addition, Mr. Veres co-produces the Insider’s Forum conference for independent financial advisory firms.
Mr. Veres has been named one of the most influential people in the financial planning profession by Financial Planning magazine, was granted the Special Achievement Award for service to the profession by the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, and the Heart of Financial Planning Distinguished Service Award from the Denver-based Financial Planning Association.

Joel P. Bruckenstein, CFP®, is an international expert on applied technology for financial professionals and Publisher of Technology Tools for Today (T3) — formerly Virtual Office News, now dubbed the T3 Tech Hub. He is also the producer of the annual T3 Advisor Conference, the premier technology conference for independent financial advisors, as well as the T3 Enterprise Conference, an annual gathering of top executives from independent broker/dealers and large RIAs. Mr. Bruckenstein has for more than twenty years advised financial service firms of all sizes on improving their technologies, processes and workflows. He has been a registered investment advisor, director of investment research and money manager. He has also written 5 books extolling the virtues of free markets and classical principles. Bob Sellers is an Emmy-winning journalist and former cable network news anchor with 25 years of experience on television (including CNBC and Fox News Channel). He is the Managing Director of Message2Media, a public relations and media consulting company that specifically focuses on helping clients develop their message and then getting them on television to enhance exposure for themselves, their ideas, their products, services or brands.
He is author of the book, Forbes Best Business Mistakes: How Today’s Top Business Leaders Turned Missteps into Success, and is a public speaker on politics, the media, and financial topics throughout the country. He contributes columns to Market Watch and HuffingtonPost.com and is a writing coach for Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
